PARKING
As the number of occupants in the condominium units continues to grow, it is important to remember some basic parking lot guidelines/rules.

1. Park your vehicle centered between the two designated lines. Parking “crooked”, or too close to one of the lines, makes it difficult for occupants of adjacent parking spaces to enter or exit their vehicles.

2. Visitors, contractors, as well as residents owning trucks, vans, etc. should always park their vehicles on the upper level of the lot West of Buildings 2000 and 3000. In addition, owners of two vehicles should park one of them on the upper level to ensure there are sufficient spaces available for other residents, especially those with mobility issues.

3. Please do not use the spaces reserved for handicapped residents if you do not have major mobility issues and a current handicapped placard.
4. Adhere to the speed limit (15 MPH) and obey stop signs. This is important for the safety of all the residents, including yourself.

PETS

No dogs, cats, birds, domestic animals or livestock of any kind shall be kept within a Unit, except common household pets which weigh less than thirty (30) pounds or whose back is less than eighteen (18") inches in height when measured from the floor.
The Council shall have the right, power and authority to require that any dog, cat, bird, domestic animal or livestock of any kind which disrupts other Unit Owners or occupants or poses a health hazard to be removed from the Condominium.
All dogs must always be on a leash with a responsible person/owner holding the leash, inside and outside of the building.
