In addition to creating the Village of Fountainview Condominium, the Declaration contains some of the basic principles of Fountainview's condominium operation and lays out many of the fundamental rights

and liabilities of unit owners.

The Code of Regulations provides the specific principles and the authority on how the Association composed of Fountainview Unit Owners should govern itself, and how the Association is supposed to manage the common property of the condominium.
